    Overview

    Mechanism of Action

    CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a GHRH analogue that stimulates the pituitary to release endogenous GH and increases IGF-1. Ipamorelin is a GHRP. When administered together they have synergistic effects on GH with minimal impact on ghrelin, prolactin, ACTH, or cortisol.

    Dosing Notes

    Reported Side Effects

    • One myocardial infarction death reported in the CJC-1295 DAC Phase II trial, attributed by the attending physician to pre-existing asymptomatic coronary disease and considered unrelated to treatment.

    Safety Notes

    GH may be mitogenic; caution in patients with cancer or cancer risk. GH can mask hypothyroid symptoms - monitor thyroid panel. CJC-1295 and CJC-1295 w/DAC are banned by WADA.
