    Overview

    LL-37 is the only human cathelicidin-derived antimicrobial peptide. It plays roles in host defense, immune regulation, angiogenesis, and tissue repair. Dysregulated levels are implicated in conditions such as rosacea and psoriasis.

    LL-37 (cathelicidin) is an endogenous antimicrobial peptide that disrupts bacterial, fungal, and viral membranes and modulates innate immunity, chemotaxis, and wound healing.
