    Overview

    GHRP-2 is a potent GH secretagogue used in research and as a GH-deficiency diagnostic. It is typically dosed by subcutaneous injection and is commonly studied alongside GHRH analogs for synergistic GH release.

    Mechanism of Action

    GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). It stimulates pulsatile growth hormone release from the anterior pituitary and can transiently elevate cortisol and prolactin.
